Since the 1960's we've been involved with production and photography to some degree or another. It all started with constructing sets in studio back lots, but quickly evolved into shooting 16mm and 35mm motion and still photography. The equipment has come a long way since then, but one thing hasn't changed, and that's the desire of Mike Fuller Group to get exactly what you imagined for your next project. |

1960's
It was one phone call in the late 60’s that changed Mike Fuller’s direction in life. Planning a career in commercial aviation, Mike was working several part-time jobs while attending college. One afternoon a friend called to ask if he was interested In working with a motion picture studio, helping build sets. His answer: “Sure! What’s a set?” That was the beginning of a whole new direction for Mike, as he was immediately “hooked” on the business.
After accepting a full time job with Patterson Studios, Mike learned the production business “the hard way”, wearing every hat in the production business, including company pilot. |

Moving on to the Motion Picture Department at Cypress Gardens, in Florida, Mike was given the
opportunity to direct, shoot and edit his own projects. Here, he was also introduced to still photography, working with some of the best photographers in the marine industry. The legendary Dick Matt became an inspiration, and Mike went on to follow in his footsteps with a whole new outlook. |

The brothers decided in 1987 to specialize in boating and marine photography by spinning off Michael Fuller Marine Photography, Inc. (MFMP).
